2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Glowly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
3. Booking & Cancellations
When you book an appointment through Glowly, you enter into a direct service agreement with the relevant salon. Glowly facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the services provided by salons. Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by salon — please review the salon's terms before booking.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Glowly platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Glowly or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
